Physical description

The demolition of the historic Box Hill Primary School is to go ahead following the failure of an appeal to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal to keep the National Trust classified primary school. It was decided it would have cost too much to preserve. Whitehorse Council has approved the building of a $10 million nursing home and hostel. Cutting from Whitehorse Gazette.
