Physical description

Certificate - paper, red and black print, illustrated in colour with scroll work, foliage, flags, King's Portrait. Shields of various countries and states and red seal. Damaged by water and dirt. Handwritten owner's name and signature on Certificate.
Frame - timber, with gold colour stipple finish, many sections of paint missing. Glass front and cardboard backing.
Sections of the certificate are adhered to the glass front.
