The Barwon Estuary Heritage Centre is a treasure trove of displays and information on local geology, botany, history, marine science and European and Aboriginal culture. The centre is located in an historic building called The Lobster Pot and focuses on Barwon Heads, Ocean Grove and the Lake Connewarre region. The collection is open every Sunday 1PM to 4PM entry is FREE but a gold coin donation will help us continue to maintain and develop our displays on the local area.
